Invoicing. Invoices - generate invoices which can be printed. Company name and address automatically appears. Invoices remain in database for tracking purposes.

Server Meals - Includes ability to mark meals as "server meals", so that a discount can be automatically applied to those meals.

House Accounts.

Credit Card Processing via AuthorizeNet (requires Bar Code Reader) - swipe card (or type credit card number) from inside any order to pay for that order by credit card. Secure, encrypted processing via internet gateways, such as Authorize.Net. Credit Card information is saved with the order.

Gift Certificates.

Multiple Discount Levels - user configurable - Seniors, Locals, etc; Exact Amount or Percentage; on Item or Entire order.

"Repeat Item" functionality. Duplicates single or multiple line items.

Server End-of-Shift CashOut - CashOut is prevented until all Orders are properly closed out. Servers/bartenders cash out in minutes, as all factors are taken into account and calculated automatically, including tipouts, totals, gratuities, comps, duebacks, cancels, and house accounts. Also included is a Server Item Sales Synopsis for the shift (e.g., quantity and amount sold for appetizers, entrees, desserts, etc.) so that servers and management can keep tab on sales. Also prints a Server Recap Sheet, which summarizes everything, which makes it a breeze for management to handle the shift cashout.

TimeClock via keyboard entry of Employee ID, or card swipe.

Payroll - Generates pay stubs from TimeClock data, includes payroll tax, overtime, and tip calculations. All you do is write the checks!

Manage Customer Data. The system enables the storage of customer information. That information, including mailing and email addresses, can then be used for marketing purposes.

Built-in full featured Word Processor. Create letters which can then be sent to customers. Letters are kept in the database for re-use, and are easily accessible from within the word processor. Database fields (like customer name, etc.) can be merged onto the letters, to create custom and personalized communications.

Easy marketing to Customer list from Word Processor via Print Merge and Email Merge.

Send Web Pages via email (very powerful marketing tool). From the word processor, you can Email a letter to any selected group of customers. You can also attach a web page to the email, so that the web page actually displays on the email. Any link that the cusomer clicks on the web page in the email opens the customer's browser and takes them directly to the website. This can be used to send an email with YOUR website attached, to draw the customer to your site.

Built-in Web Server enables the POS system to serve up one or more websites. Simply place the html files for your website in a special folder (that's all there is to it), and avoid ISP hosting fees. Make changes to your website at any time, on the fly, and they are immediately live on the web!
